Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, please do so no less than 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations, failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend will result in the lesson fee still being applicable in full. No make up lessons will be given. Individual Private and Semi Private Lessons must be used within 30 days of the purchase date. REFUND POLICY: Lesson plans are valid for 30 days following the purchase date. Lessons will be scheduled with the participants based on their availability and instructor availability. Refunds will not be issued after the expiration date. Semi Private Lessons must be scheduled for both participants. If one person misses the session, that participant forfeits the session time. TARDINESS: I will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be determined as a “no show” and will be counted as a used lesson. RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Barrett Combatives LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client without explanation. Reasons may include disrespectful behavior, poor judgment or self-control, intent to harm others, a history of violence, arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any intention to use the training unlawfully. All training is provided solely for personal protection.
