CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so no less than 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations, failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend will result in the lesson fee still being applicable in full. No make up lessons will be given.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Monthly Lesson Plans are valid until cancelled by the Purchaser; all other Lesson Plans are valid for 90 days following the purchase date. Lessons will be scheduled with the participants based on their availability and instructor availability. Refunds will not be issued after the expiration date. Once your first lesson has taken place, the lesson package is non-refundable and non-transferable except for the following conditions:

•     Medical withdrawal, doctors note required

•     Military deployment/relocation, documentation required

 

For Semi Private lessons, all sessions must be scheduled for both participants. If one person misses a session, that participant forfeits the session time.

 

TARDINESS

 

Your Trainer/Coach will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be determined as a “no show” and will be counted as a used lesson. “For best results, lessons should be a continuous process with no more than one week between sessions”.

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

 

Barrett Combatives LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client without explanation. Reasons may include disrespectful behavior, poor judgment or self-control, intent to harm others, a history of violence, arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any intention to use the training unlawfully. All training is provided solely for personal protection.
